Appointments

We’re happy to try and schedule your appointment on a day and time that’s convenient for you and your child. We believe morning appointments are best for young children, as they are more refreshed and open to new experiences.

Late Arrivals & Cancellations

Please be on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we will need to reschedule your appointment. This ensures that we never have to rush through your child’s dental visit. If you need to cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance, so we have enough time to reschedule your appointment and accommodate another patient.

Staying With Your Child

New environments can, at times, intimidate children. We encourage parents to remain chair-side during their child’s initial exam. Our staff is very friendly and, soon enough, your child will become more comfortable in our office. After a visit or two we encourage parents to allow their children to demonstrate independence while you relax in our waiting area. When you’re proud of your child’s ability to take responsibility for their dental health, they will be proud too! If your child is here for a dental treatment, our experience is that they behave better and are much more calm without parents chair-side. This allows us to treat them more effectively and efficiently.

Insurance

We accept most major insurance providers. As a courtesy, we file claims to insurance companies on our clients’ behalf; however, the responsibility for payment of the claim belongs to you. We’re happy to provide assistance in estimating your portion of the treatment cost, though we cannot guarantee the exact amount your insurance company will or will not cover.
